What is an eSIM?▼
An eSIM is a digital SIM built into your phone. It lets you activate a data plan without inserting a physical SIM card.
Does it work on my phone?▼
Most recent eSIM-compatible phones work with our plans. You can check in your device settings, or dial *#06#: if the list includes an EID — a 32-digit identifier — your phone supports eSIM.
How long does activation take?▼
Only a few minutes. Scan the QR code you receive by email and you're online. Some operators take a few hours to issue the eSIM; if that happens, we'll email you as soon as it's ready.
Can I share my data?▼
Yes. You can use your phone's hotspot to share data with other devices, depending on the plan and the destination. A few countries and networks don't allow it; those plans say so in their conditions.
