Payments are processed by Stripe. You pay in a Stripe payment form embedded in our checkout page, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's form: MochiSim never receives or stores them.
We share with Stripe the information needed to process the payment: your email address, the amount, the currency and our order reference. Stripe tells us whether the payment succeeded and, where applicable, about refunds.
Stripe acts as an independent controller of the payment data it processes to prevent fraud and to comply with its own legal and regulatory obligations. The same applies to Link, Stripe's service for saving payment details, if you choose to save your payment method there. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
The charge appears on your bank or card statement with a descriptor that includes MOCHISIM.
4. eSIM Providers and Connectivity Partners
To provide eSIM services, MochiSim works with third-party connectivity providers and mobile network partners.
Where necessary to provide the service, information related to your order may be processed by these providers.
MochiSim only shares information required for the provision of the service.

MochiSim uses trusted third-party service providers to operate and improve our services, including:
- Supabase for database and application infrastructure;
- Stripe for payment processing;
- OVH for hosting services;
- Brevo for transactional email delivery;
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for website analytics.

MochiSim uses Brevo to send transactional emails, including:
- Purchase confirmations;
- eSIM delivery emails;
- Installation instructions; and

These emails are required to provide the service you purchase.
MochiSim does not use your purchase email address for unrelated promotional marketing unless you separately provide consent in the future.
